The RDSP is a program for those that qualify for the Disability Tax Credit and are under the age of 60. There is up to $70,000 in grants and $20,000 in bonds that can be collected until their 49th year. Come get all your questions answered about the Disability Tax Credit and Registered Disability Saving Plan.
Steven Williams runs his own company, The Small Business Accountants, helping people with getting the most out of their hard earned income. About 5 years ago, good friends of his, who have a son with Autism, asked him to look into the RDSP (Registered Disability Savings Plan). Over the next 3 months, Steven researched the RDSP so that he could provide his friends with the information that they were looking for. While doing his research he found that there were very few people in the country, let alone the city, that even knew what the RDSP was, so it became his personal mission to ensure that everyone that qualified for it, was aware of it and had someplace to go to get it opened.
