Who can be part of Pursuits?
- are 13 or older by the start of the program
- have an ASD diagnosis and are aware of their diagnosis
- are able to commit to attend a scheduled treatment session (please note: transportation is not provided)
- have parent/guardian approval (if required)
How are Pursuits participants selected?
Priority is given to families who have not yet accessed a Pursuits program. Anyone unable to access a program because it is oversubscribed will be added to an intake list for upcoming sessions.
When are applications due for the next Pursuits session?
Pursuits applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. There are four blocks of programming offered through the year.
Where do Pursuits sessions take place?
Pursuits is offered at The Ability Hub, located on the third floor of the Child Development Centre on the University of Calgary campus (3820 24th Ave NW)
